I made this painting of a garden simmering in gold inspired by the quote from Alfred Austin: "The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just the body, but the soul."

I also think of chinoiserie, horticulture and the lovely summertime.

I made this painting using metallique arcylic paint. The paint has soft luster.

Golden Days 02(2022) is signed on the back and includes my Certificate of Authenticity .
